The Jewel Fire Group Carbon Dioxide CO2 Fire extinguisher is a high performance and cost-effective piece of fire protection equipment. Harmless to machinery, delicate equipment or materials – It is suitable for flammable liquids (Class B) and electrical fires, therefore ideal for office computer suites, garages/vehicle workshops, electrical switch rooms and general electrical plant areas.
CO2 suffocates fire, removing the oxygen, the CO2 extinguisher product can provide 34b or 70b fire rating, depending on size. This fire extinguisher contains pure carbon dioxide which is a clean extinguishant that leaves no residue.
Manufactured using premium quality materials, this extinguisher has a corrosion resistant red finish. Supplied fully charged in a lightweight aluminium cylinder, the CO2 fire extinguisher is environmentally friendly with a recharging or recycling capability.
Jewel Fire Group carbon dioxide fire extinguisher has been BAFE and MED approved, Kitemarked to BSEN3 and has a 5 Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
Available in 2 sizes, as either a 2kg CO2 fire extinguisher or a 5kg CO2 fire extinguisher. Both feature a squeeze grip operation, a mounting bracket and a frost-free horn.
