Gilberts domestic series presents a range of mild stainless steel louvred grilles, registers and diffusers designed to satisfy all types of aire transfer applications in domestic dwellings, commercial properties and industrial premises. The Gilberts non-vision stainless steel louvred grille is suitable for surface mounting in both door and wall applications and is ideal for both standard air transfer and fire rated applications where intumescent type fire dampers are utilised. The air vent grille cover can be door or wall mounted and is made from quality 20swg mild steel construction with a wide 43mm flange border.
Manufactured using modern press machinery and production techniques the louvered grille is robustly fabricated from 20swg mild steel and comprises of horizontal louvres set on an 8.5mm pitch with a 30 degree downward deflection using self-tapping screws provided.
The wide flange border provides adequate clearance for fixing to the surrounding structure using the self-tapping screws provided. Slimline and unobtrusive, the air vent cover offers a free area around 75% for economical selection and is readily available in a wide variety of normal sizes.
