Q:    When will my goods be delivered?
A:    All orders placed on or before 3.00pm will be despatched that day for overnight next day delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Q:    Which Courier do you use?
A:    We use Tuffnells Parcels Express.

Q:    What if I am not in to sign for the parcel?
A:    Tuffnells will leave a contact card with your consignment number and details of your local hub to collect the item.

Q:    How will my goods be packaged?
A:    All small fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in strong cardboard boxes. Long items are sleeved in 2.2 metre length cardboard tubes with stapled, plastic end caps.

Q:    Can I return the goods if they are not suitable?
A:    Goods can be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and we will issue a full refund less the original carriage charge.

Q:    I am looking for a particular seal that I cannot find on your website?
A:    We offer a seal sample matching service, simply post off your sample to us and we will do our best to match it or offer a suitable alternative.

Q:    Can I collect my order from you?
A:    Please contact our sales department to confirm stock availability and to arrange a collection time and day.

Q:    Am I able to view your products at your premises in Pampisford?
A:    Our sales office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday where you can view our products and purchase them directly from our trade counter.

Q:    Are further discounts available for larger quantities than those offered online?
A:    Please contact our sales department to discuss pricing and further discounts for a tailored quotation on larger requirements.

Q:    How do I find the products I need?
A:    You can browse through our product categories at the top of the homepage or use the Search box at the top right of the screen to search by product name or code.

Q:    How do I make a change to my order?
A:    We despatch all stock orders the same day to ensure we meet our next day delivery promise, all web orders are picked immediately on receipt therefore making it difficult to amend or change, however please contact us by email or phone where we will do our utmost to assist you.

Q    What if the item I order is not in stock?
A:    Our aim is to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible, if an item is out of stock our sales team will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected delivery date or to offer a suitable alternative.

Q:    Do you except cheque payments?
A:    If you wish to pay by cheque then please contact our sales department to arrange for them to send you a proforma invoice.  Once the cheque is received and cleared we will despatch your goods.

Q:    I need some technical advice?
A:    We offer an excellent technical service that you will find second to none, please contact us by phone or email where one of our advisors will promptly assist you with your enquiry.

Q:    Can you source other products not displayed on your website?
