Delivery
Order by 3pm and we will despatch for next day delivery, mainland UK only. Sealmaster items are cut to length and are despatched overnight the following working day.
Orders of £150.00 (Ex. VAT) and above are carriage paid for next day overnight delivery (except highlands). All orders under the value of £150.00 are subject to a carriage charge of £15.00 for next day overnight delivery (except highlands).
These delivery rates apply to all products unless otherwise stated. Please call for offshore rates and highlands.
VAT is calculated and applied at the current rate.
We'll even deliver directly to your customer or site. You can add another delivery address whilst logged in, by going to your address book.
Returns
At Firewise Supplies, we always want you to be happy with your order.
We do, however, appreciate that sometimes products may be damaged in transit, or the item is simply not suitable for your intended application, so that’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy (applies to all products unless otherwise stated).
