Lorient LAS1011 Firtree Perimeter Seal provides acoustic, weather and smoke protection around the perimeter of fire rated doors.
This highly effective acoustic perimeter seal is a ‘quick fit’ rebated twin finned perimeter seal and can be fitted with minimal disruption to head and jambs of single and double leaf doors. Suitable for gaps from 3-4mm. It can also be used at the threshold when paired with a threshold plate.
Lorient LAS1011 door perimeter seal is a co-extruded rigid back PVC with flexible fins, available in white and black and standard 2100mm length. This perimeter seal is very durable and has been tested to a minimum of 100,000 opening and closing cycles.
The LAS1011 Firtree perimeter seal has been smoke tested in accordance with BS 476-31.1: 1983 and meets smoke requirement: BS 9999: 2017. It is acoustically rated to BS EN ISO 0140-2: 2010 and achieved a rating of up to Rw 40dB. Lorient Firtree also has the following certification: Certifire, UL and BBA.
